On-Site Travel Policy & Rates
To account for travel and dispatch times throughout Central Florida, all local on-site visits follow a clear, transparent fee structure.
- Standard Travel / Minimum: All on-site dispatches within our primary 20-mile radius incur a standard $50 travel charge
- Remote Support Alternative: For software diagnostics, email configuration, Synology server management, or routine maintenance, we provide direct, secure remote sessions nationwide with no travel charges.
- Extended Travel Zone: Locations outside our shaded 20-mile perimeter are scheduled on a case-by-case basis and quoted prior to dispatch.
